What can I expect in our opening session?

Our first session is a held, spacious encounter. We move beyond the intake form to truly listen to the unique narrative of your life. It is an opportunity to name the complexities you navigate—be it anxiety, grief, or a search for meaning—and begin mapping an organic path toward integration and a more awakened presence.

How long is each consultation?

The First Session — 2.5 to 3 Hours

 

The first session is intentionally spacious. Many clients arrive carrying years of pressure, confusion, or emotional weight. A short session forces the mind to rush; a longer one allows the inner world to unfold naturally.

 

Ongoing Sessions — 1.5 to 2 Hours

 

Deep inner work cannot be compressed into 50 minutes. These sessions provide the space needed to observe emotions, integrate insights, and reconnect with the quieter, wiser part of yourself.

This work is not surface‑level. It is the slow, steady process of returning to your true self. Longer sessions create emotional safety, psychological spaciousness, and deeper clarity — the conditions needed for meaningful transformation.
